Attorney Kim Yong-Woo graduated from Sung Kyun Kwan University College of Law, Seoul National University Graduate School of Law and completed training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He currently works as a partner attorney at Barun Law LLC.

Attorney Kim mainly dealt with litigation and advisory cases concerned with real estate development and transactions, and financial disputes. He is a licensed investment asset manager and authored a book on the Subcontracting Act and the Framework Act on the construction Industry. He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. state of Illinois and he has been dispatched to a local Vietnamese office of a construction company in 2020, which is an uncommon occurrence among attorneys in Korea.

Based on these experiences, Attorney Kim provides expert advisory and litigation services with respect to matters on real estate development, real estate transactions and financial disputes. He also advises companies seeking to to do business in Vietnam, based on his experiences working locally in the Southeastern country.
