Attorney Kim, Ji Hee, a member of the Criminal Law Group at the firm, has handled a wide range of criminal cases from investigation to trial stages. Currently, as the Secretary at the firm’s Major Disaster Response Center, she manages cases and provides various consultations and lectures from the initial investigation to the trial phase with regard to matters of major disaster incidents. In addition to her criminal defense work, Attorney Kim has demonstrated exceptional expertise in construction, general civil, and administrative law, which earned her recognition as one of the “2022 Best Lawyers” by the Chosun Biz and a publisher, Parkyoungsa. She also won the "5th Korea Legal Awards Litigation Award (Civil Division).”

Attorney Kim, Ji Hee graduated summa cum laude from the Law School of Ajou University, served as a Judicial Research Officer at the Seoul High Court, and obtained a Ph.D. in law from Yonsei University Law School. She is currently serving as an advisory lawyer for the City of Siheung (2017–present), Korea Gas Corporation (2018–present), and Siheung City Council (2022–present). Additionally, she is actively involved in external activities as a member of the Korean Bar Association’s Lawyer Specialization Registration Review Committee (2022–present) and the Planning Committee (2023–present).

Regarding major disaster response, she has contributed expert opinions to the Korean Specialty Construction Newspaper, conducted webinars and lectures on major disaster-related topics, and recently signed an MOU with the Korea Finance for Construction to provide various consultations and investigation support services to its members.
