구성원 소개

HWANG Seo Woong joined Barun Law LLC in 2009, after serving as public-service judge advocate, and he was promoted to partner in 2016.  Mr. Hwang mainly dealt with cases in the areas of financial litigation, financial criminal affairs, commercial and corporate litigation, and real estate/construction litigation.  During his career at Barun Law, he achieved successful results in numerous cases, including the dispute case concerned with the validity of KIKO, a case concerning a savings bank, disputes concerning the several shares transfer agreements, disputes concerning large-scale real estate development projects, and cases filed to claim for damages for plant defects, etc. and obtained extensive knowledge and expertise in such areas.
