Attorney Park, Jae Peel, the managing partner of our firm, has expertise in business-related civil and criminal litigation, commercial litigation, and civil injunction cases.

Appointed a judge in 1987, he served as a judge for 22 years until his retirement as a senior judge at the Seoul Central District Court in 2009. While serving as a judicial research judge at the Supreme Court, he worked as a co-judicial research judge on criminal and labor cases, gaining extensive knowledge in labor case appeals at the Supreme Court. He has also served as a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, teaching practical criminal trial procedures, basic theories of labor law, and tort litigation practices to aspiring legal professionals. In addition, he has lectured on the fundamentals of labor relations law at the Labor Education Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Training Institute of the Korea Employers Federation.

Since 2019, he has been the managing partner of our firm, and since 2022, he has been leading the growth of the firm as the chief executive officer.
