PARK, Je Hyeoung joined S&P Law as an associate attorney after completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2003, and carried out M&As, NPL sale, corporate bankruptcy matters with S&P Law and then joined Barun Law LLC in 2006 and become a partner attorney in 2013. Attorney Park is in charge of bankruptcy, M&As (Legal DDR), NPL sale, ABS, litigation (general taxes, corporate litigation) matters and has carried out numerous cases, including advising on the sale of amortized bonds, sale and acquisition of companies, applications, sale of company, application for reorganization, application for bankruptcy, and he is recognized for his expertise in bankruptcy and M&As. He completed the professional program from the Insolvency Law Research Center, and he taught insolvency law for Woori Bank’s professional education course in 2004 and Korea Exchange Bank’s professional course in 2006. From then on, he has been giving lectures on the insolvency law at the Kyung Hee University Law School since 2014 and Korea University Graduate School of Law since 2015. He also serves as a member of the Corporate Examination Committee under the KOSPI Market Business Unit of KRX since 2015 and member of the Alternative Investment Examination Committee of the Teachers’ Pension.
