Attorney Choi Jin Sook is a partner of the Corporate Advisory Group (Finance), and is in charge of general advisory services for special and general financial matters, such as PF, real estate financing, asset securitization, cross-border investment, real estate funds, and entertainment funds.

Since starting her practice as an attorney specialized in financial matters at HMP Law, she has been devoted to financial matters, and has secured a specialized field in legal advisory services for leading domestic banks, securities companies, and asset management companies.

In addition, Attorney Choi keeps developing new advisory fields in relation to cross-border real estate investments in China, Cambodia, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia for financial institutions, real estate funds and construction companies.

In recent years, she is carrying out more specialized legal advisory service in response to changes in the financial environment, such as reorganization of insolvent PF establishments, collection of bonds related to overseas real estate development projects, and advice on collection of bonds by creditor financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings.
