Kim, Yong Chul 구성원변호사

구성원 소개

KIM, Yong Chul previously served as a prosecutor for approximately ten years from 1992, serving in the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office, Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office, Ministry of Justice, and Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office prior to joining Barun Law LLC as a partner attorney in 2003. His practice focuses on investigations by the police/prosecution and criminal litigation.
Attorney Kim was recognized as one of the best prosecutors, especially in the field of election offense and special case investigations, while serving as prosecutor.
He is currently recognized as one of the best and experienced attorneys in Korea based on his in-depth experience with cases regarding economic offense, securities transaction law and M&As.
