PARK, Soon Kwan was appointed as a judge in 1992, which marked the beginning of his legal career. Park ended his twenty-year career as a judge in February, 2012, as a senior judge of the Seoul Central District Court. During those times, he was in charge of various cases, including cases regarding the confirmation of the status of a professor, confirmation of nullification of recruitment of full-time teachers, confirmation of nullification of the resident election committee resolution, and cancellation of disposition dismissing the apartment building representative with the 3rd Criminal Division of the Seoul Northern District Court for two years from 2010, and was in charge of various criminal cases, including cases regarding the breach of the Commercial Act, breach of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act, and breach of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act with the 36th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court in 2012.
