After completing the Judicial Research and Training Instituted in 1991, Attorney HA, Jong Dae began his legal career as a judge with the Daegu District court, followed by the Seoul High Court, the Supreme Court of Korea (Research Judge), Suwon District Court and the Seoul High Court. After the end of his service as a judge, Attorney Ha joined Barun Law LLC. He is renowned for his excellent work capabilities, extensive experience in various offices of the court, and his warm, gentle nature. He is also well recognized for his poignant, to-the-point defenses.
Attorney Ha is an expert in the administrative field. He not only conducted research in administration matters while serving as a research judge, he also served as senior judge of the administrative division of the Suwon District Court and senior judge of the Seoul Administrative Court.
