Attorney Kang, Joo Hun is a specialist in the real estate & construction practice.

He completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute as the 31st class and served as a judge at the Suwon District Court, Seoul Central District Court and Gwangju District Court since 2002. He also served as a research judge at the Supreme Court (equivalent to a district court chief judge) and as a high court judge (specializing in construction cases) at the Seoul High Court before joining the firm as a partner in 2020. During his judicial service, Attorney Kang has handled almost all types of litigation, including civil, criminal, administrative, family, and bankruptcy cases.

In particular, Attorney Kang is currently the head of the Construction & Real Estate Group at the firm, where he leads cases related to construction litigation and building administration. He continues to apply his robust criminal litigation skills to a variety of cases, demonstrating his comprehensive legal expertise and exceptional ability to handle complex criminal matters.
