Attorney CHUNG, In Jin, a graduate of Seoul National University College of Law, studied legal ethics as a visiting scholar to Harvard University. He served as a Senior Judge of the Seoul District Court and Senior Judge of the Seoul High Court, and currently serves as one of the Managing Partners of Barun Law LLC. His practice focuses on corporate law and construction related litigation matters, and is well recognized for his excellence in conducting various types of litigation cases. Attorney Chung also serves as an arbitrator with the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board and an adjunct professor at Korea University Law School.

- An arbitration case between KEPCO and LS CNS regarding a claim for an increase in construction cost caused by changes in design and conditions in relation to the project to install fiber-optic cables between Jindo and Jeju
