Barun Law’s Estate Planning Center has been established with the aim to provide all-inclusive services to clients as to matters concerned with inheritance, asset transactions and business successions.

We are the first law firm in Korea to provide comprehensive asset management services that include estate planning. Inheritance, asset transactions and business successions are some of the most important matters that require legal expertise. Accordingly, our lawyers, who are experts in the relevant fields, will be in charge of making specific plans for asset management, which is to be carried out in partnership with financial institutions.

Our Estate Planning Center will provide all-encompassing services on estate planning, including asset succession planning, asset planning and asset management up to succession. Through our before-service survey, we will be able to review and analyze our clients’ needs so as to provide the best-possible estate planning and tax reducing plans, and provide related legal opinion if the client decides to carry out asset transaction or business succession. Based on such legal opinion, we will conduct additional consulting to gain deeper understanding of the specifics of the client’s requests and provide further advice and services on asset management, estate planning (wills, living trusts, guardianship agreements, etc.) and business succession.
