Attorney Koh, Jin Won is a specialist in corporate crime and legislative consulting, currently serving as the head of the Fair Trade Case Investigation Response Team at the firm’s Criminal Group.

Attorney Koh began his career as a prosecutor at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office in 2004. He subsequently served at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, was seconded to the National Assembly, worked as a Prosecutor Research Officer at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, headed the Trial Division at the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, and served as the Chief Prosecutor at the Sokcho Branch of the Chuncheon District Prosecutors’ Office. Before joining the firm in 2021, he was the Chief Prosecutor of the Fair Trade Investigation Division at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office.

Throughout his career, Attorney Koh primarily handled fair trade cases and co-authored the first "Fair Trade Criminal Investigation Practice" manual within the prosecution, earning the Blue Belt, a recognition awarded to experts in fair trade investigations. He is regarded as one of the leading fair trade investigation experts within the prosecution. He also served as a legislative advisor to the National Assembly’s Judiciary Committee from 2015 to 2018.

As the Chief Prosecutor of the Fair Trade Investigation Division at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, he led investigations into several high-profile cases, including: △ Welstory, accused of unfairly allocating catering services to affiliates, △ H Solution Co., Ltd., accused of providing undue business benefits to family members of the conglomerate owner, △ T Group, accused of forcing affiliates to purchase kimchi and wine, △ Company H and Company W, poultry manufacturers and suppliers, accused of price-fixing, △ The CEO of J Holdings, accused of violating holding company regulations, △ D Pharmaceutical Company, accused of obstructing a competitor’s market entry with false patents.
