Attorney Kim, Mi Yeon is a specialist in the fields of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. She passed the 49th bar exam and completed the 39th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. She served as a prosecutor at the Seongnam branch of the Suwon District Prosecutor's Office in 2010 before joining the firm in 2011.

She has successfully handled numerous high-profile cases in the financial sector, including: △ The shareholder damages claim case related to the delisting of China Gaosheng, △ The case of cancellation of the Financial Services Commission’s business suspension against a credit card company for customer information leakage, △ The dispute regarding the effect of a PF agreement by a Cambodian developer related to B Savings Bank, △ The damages claim case related to the Tongyang Group incident.

She has also handled numerous litigation cases in construction, real estate, and criminal law. Currently, she is a leading figure in the fields of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, handling litigation and advisory work related to the Food Sanitation Act, the Livestock Products Sanitation Control Act, the Imported Food Act, and the Food Labeling and Advertising Act. She is a member of the Korea Food Industry Association’s Advertising Review Committee, a professional lecturer in food sanitation education, and a member of the Internet Newspaper Committee’s Advertising Review Subcommittee. She has published numerous articles and books on food sanitation. She is also the co-author of Food Sanitation Act Commentary and the author of Analysis of Administrative Cases on Food Labeling and Advertising.
