Attorney Koh, Kyoung Hee is an expert in white-collar crime and construction/real estate matters. He was appointed as a public prosecutor in 1997 and served for ten years, gaining extensive practical experience in various areas of investigation, including foreign affairs and special investigations. He concluded his prosecutorial career as deputy chief prosecutor of the Jeju District Prosecutors' Office and has been practicing law since.

His notable casework includes: △ A KRW 40 billion dispute over the Seongnam Daejang-dong development project, △ A dispute over the management rights of a logistics center developer, △ A large-scale damages claim related to preemptive detentions during the Jeju 4.3 incident, △ An assault case involving a famous celebrity. 

Attorney Koh has also been involved in a wide range of corporate advisory services. In addition, he has served as the permanent auditor of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, which generates a large portion of the national sports budget. Since 2011, he has served as an adjunct professor at Chung-Ang University's Faculty of Law and School of Law, specializing in criminal practice.
