As the Partner Attorney of Barun Law LLC, OH, Jae Wook primarily practices M&A, investment, corporate advisory, arbitration, special litigation action, and real estate development. He graduated from Seoul National University and the University of California at Davis School of Law (LL.M.). Mr. Oh was admitted to practice in Korea and California. He also practiced at Hale & Dorr LLP (c/k/a Wilmerhale) in Boston. Mr. Oh has unsurpassed experience and expertise in developing and implementing a large scale M&A strategies and foreign investment. He has also successfully represented clients in real estate related matters, arbitration and special litigation actions.
