Attorney NAM, Bok Hyun is a partner lawyer at Barun Law LLC and his practice focuses on criminal matters, especially with regard to corporate and economic related investigations. He has dealt with numerous corporate investigation cases, including securities related crimes (ELS, ELW, manipulation) and mutual bank related cases. Attorney Nam previously served as prosecutor for seven years, from 1996 to 2002, at Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Prosecutors’ Office, Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office and the 3rd Special Investigation Department of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office. After leaving the prosecution service, Attorney Nam started practicing as a lawyer and founded SL Partners. He joined Barun Law LLC in 2010.
