- A litigation case on cancellation of capital gains tax with respect to transfer of shares by a majority shareholder of a listed company, where confirmation of the time of the transfer was of issue

- A case on cancellation of disposition denying refund of VAT, regarding which deduction of input tax of costs concerned with acquisition of land, which is a tax-free good, as well as its sale were the main issues of the case

- A litigation case involving a claim for transfer and registration of ownership concerning A city’s community housing association, regarding which the effect of the real estate sale and purchase agreement was the main issue

- A case on recourse money involving the issue of whether the electric drill battery pack, manufactured and sold by company B, was the cause of fire
