- Advised a number of companies on acquisition of shares, including acquisition of Africa TV by Saint International, acquisition of Joymax by WeMade Entertainment, acquisition of Semitech by AT Semicon, acquisition of Testopia by AT Semicon, acquisition of Sam Woo E&C by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, etc.

- Advised a number of companies on acquisition of shares, including the sale of Seoul Credit Rating & Information Inc., Dong-a Publishing, etc.

- Advised a number of companies on mergers and divisions, including the merger between Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering and DSME E&R, merger between ADT Technology and Testopia, merger between AT Semicon and Semitech, split-off of Korea Investors Service, split off of Hanmi Pharm., merger between Pacific and Jangwon Industry, etc.

- Filed for bankruptcy on behalf of a number of companies, including RF Hitec, Neul Proon Medical Foundation, Modain Corea, Boyang Construction & Engineering, etc.

- Advised on a number of companies subject to corporate rehabilitation, including reporting rehabilitation claims held by Pan Ocean against Cronos, an overseas company, as well as providing advice on rehabilitation claims

- Advised the M&A advisor for Daekyung Technos, a company subject to rehabilitation

- Advised the lead underwriter for Kolon Construction’s acquisition of Dong Ah Construction
