Attorney Kim Jin Hyoung passed the bar exam in 1991 and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute as member of the 23rd class. He then served as judge advocate of the R.O.K. Army and after military service, was appointed as judge in 1997. Since then, he served as judge for 18 years until his retirement as Senior Judge of Seoul Southern District Court in February 2015. He joined Barun Law LLC as partner in March 2015. His practice focuses on various civil and criminal cases as well as family affairs, administrative, tax lawsuits, reconstruction and redevelopment cases, interim injunctions, provisional attachments, sports/games/entertainment cases and construction/property cases. He currently serves as an arbitrator with the Korea Commercial Board of Arbitration.
