Attorney Kang Boram is a partner attorney at Barun Law LLC. She has accumulated ample experience in dealing with various types of corporate, civil, commercial and litigation cases dealing with diverse industrial sectors since 2013 and during these years she developed expertise in the corporate advisory areas of M&A, corporate governance, antitrust and competition, cross-border trade and finance.
