Barun Law LLC has expanded its Trade Secret Infringement Response Team, led by the firm’s IP Group, into the Industrial Technology Leakage Response Center in 2023. Made up of 30 members, it is taking the lead in protecting corporate clients’ industries. • Defense of A Company Against Trade Secret Infringement: Defended A Company, the largest domestic developer and manufacturer of waterproof adhesive for mobile phones, in a preliminary injunction case against competitor B Company for the production of trade-secret-infringing products.
• Criminal Conviction for Trade Secret Leakage: Successfully obtained a guilty verdict with imprisonment for former employees who leaked trade secrets of a 'computer program' and established a new company.
• Acquittal Due to Exclusion of Illegally Seized Evidence: Excluded evidence collected through illegal search and seizure, leading to an acquittal in the appellate trial.

• Injunction for Trade Secret Infringement in Broadcast Monitors: Obtained a preliminary injunction prohibiting the sale of similar products due to trade secret infringement, where a competitor leaked trade secrets related to broadcast monitors.
• Acquittal in Industrial Technology Protection Act Violation: Achieved an acquittal in the appellate trial for a defendant sentenced to three years in prison in the first trial for violating the Industrial Technology Protection Act.
