Of Counsel Yoon Ki-joon joined the Korea Exchange in 1998, and has built expertise in listing, disclosure, market operation, and clearing and settlement for 24 years, making him a capital market expert. In particular, based on a broad understanding of technology companies and venture companies such as bio, IT, materials, and components, he is dealing with consulting service throughout the entire life cycle of companies from the startup process, listing through initial public offering (IPO), post-listing corporate disclosure and delisting review, corporate governance improvement, funding, division, merger and relisting, to discovering new businesses. In addition, through his experience at the Korea ESG Standards Institute, he supports companies' ESG improvement efforts with know-how in ESG evaluation of listed company, institutional investor voting advisory, and domestic and international ESG policy research.
