[Criminal Matter] Barun Law represented a former police officer who had been prosecuted for the receipt of bribes from a co-representative director of Burning Sun Club in return for covering up illegal entry of minors to the club and had been found guilty of bribery in the first instance, and helped him reverse the district court's deciscion and be found innocent of the change

[Family] A case in which we represented a wife in a lawsuit for divorce and property division and obtained a decision that (i) the claim made by the husband against the wife to seek the return of shares in his company, of which ownership had been allegedly entrusted to the wife, should be dismissed for the reason that such a kind of claims could not be filed with a family court because they were to be dealt with as a civil claim and (ii) the wife contributed greater than the husband to the purchase of an apartment on the basis of the purchase price for the apartment excluding a loan received on security of the apartment even though the husband subsequently paid more money than the wife to repay the loan
[Intellectual Property] A case in which we obtained a decision that the combination of the sale & lease back clause and the repurchase commitment in the case of transfer of a trademark had the nature of fundraising but was not subject to the Interest Limitation Act
