 - Advised a renowned local financial institution on the agreement regarding the transfer of credit information held by a leisure service provider.
 - Advised KT on the acquisition of MSO.
 - Barun represented KT in responsive measures relating to the acquisition of MSO.
 - Represented KT in investigation launched by the Broadcasting Communications Commission with regard to the allegation of violation of the Terminal Distribution Act.
 - Represented and advised SK Telecom in relation to investigation launched by the Broadcasting Communications Commission with regard to the allegation of violation of the Terminal Distribution Act.
 - Advised an ICT contractor on the alleged violation of the subcontracting ban.
 - Represented local private broadcasting stations, including Ulsan Broadcasting Corporation in the lawsuit filed regarding re-transmission fees for terrestrial television companies.
 - Represented a lawsuit filed in relation to the dispute over the transfer of broadcasting channel use business.
 - Dealt with a dispute over a broadcasting transmission service contract between a broadcasting channel use business and a broadcasting transmission service provider.
 - Represented in claims made against a broadcasting station for a correction on a news report and damages.
