Attorneys Woo Hyun-Soo (Types of responsibilities borne by builders with respect to lenders and response strategies), Kim Yong-Woo (Response strategies for developers following subrogation payment), Kim So-Youn (Strategies to obtain construction price by way of trust agreement), and Jo Dong-Hyun (Effectiveness of hybrid corporate restructuring for PF businesses) took part in the webinar as panelists and Attorney Kim Byung-Il took part as a moderator and led and question and answer session. During the webinar, alternative measures that would help prevent management difficulties, bankruptcy, etc. following PF loans taken by builders were also discussed.
