Attorney Kim Yong-Woo participated in the Winder Joint Academic Conference that was jointly organized on the 17th of last month by the Korea Subcontracting Law Association, Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, and Dankook University Law Research Institute. Attorney Kim took part as a panelist in the discussion on the topic, "A Study on the Revised Civil Code's Warranty Liability Provisions and the Warranty Liability Period under Construction Contracts."
