On December 13, 2024, Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon presented on the topic, "The Necessity of CP and Successful CP Operation and Response under the Amended Fair Trade Act" at the December 2024 seminar of the Economic Law Case Study Association, held in the large conference room of the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, located on the 8th floor of the Korean Chamber of Commerce.

In his presentation, Attorney Baek emphasized the increased necessity of CP (Compliance Programs) and explained strategies and responses for successful CP operation.
