On October 7, 2024, Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture titled, "Key terms and cases of the fair trade system and understanding the increased importance of CP" for the employees and officers at Innocean, a part of the Hyundai Motor Group, located in Gangnam, Seoul.

In this lecture, Attorney Baek addressed the fair trade system along with step-by-step response strategies during investigations by the Fair Trade Commission, focusing on key terms and cases of unfair collaborative acts (collusion) and unfair trade practices within competition policy, as well as advertising practices under consumer policy and subcontracting practices in business transaction policy, presenting the information in a straightforward and practical manner based on his experience.
