Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon was engaged as a lecturer for the 11th Fair Trade Law Training Course organized by the Seoul Bar Association to enhance the professionalism and competitiveness of its members. On September 23, 2024, Attorney Baek delivered a lecture on the "Key Terms and Example Cases of the Subcontracting Act" in the Human Rights Hall on the 5th floor of the Seoul Bar Association Building.
In the lecture, Attorney Baek provided and easy and engaging introduction to the fundamental understanding of the Subcontracting Act, along with the key points and issues that may arise during the contract formation stage, execution stage, payment stage, and transaction termination stage, using case examples.
