Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a special lecture on "Major Terms and Examples concerning the Antitrust and Competition Law" for the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of Busan University of Foreign Studies (BUFS) held at Busan Lotte Hotel on May 16, 2024.

The AMP course offers specialized programs so that its participants can develop global leadership and understanding to help them become wise global managers in an increasingly uncertain management environment.

Attorney Baek introduced the basics of antitrust and competition law and the KFTC's major policies on competition, business transactions and consumer policy in an easy-to-understand and entertaining manner.
