Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on the “Key Terms and Issues of the Subcontracting Act” hosted by Semu TV at a lecture hall of Selim Tax located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, on December 13, 2023.

 

In the lecture, Attorney Baek explained of the basic understanding of the Subcontracting Act, and the main issues concerning the contract signing stage, the contract execution stage, the payment stage, and the transaction closing stage, as well as the key terms of the Subcontracting Act, including the dealing with violations of the Subcontracting Act, in a simple and interesting way by providing various examples. In particular, the recently implemented supply price linkage system was explained in detail based on practical issues.
