Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on “Analysis of Key Decisions and Case Law in Antitrust and Competition in 2023,” hosted by the Korea Fair Competition Federation at the KBIZ New Building located in Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul on November 30, 2023.

 

In the lecture, Attorney Baek explained in detail the major terms of the Subcontracting Act, the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising and the main issues concerning online platforms, based on recent decisions and case law, with the aim or providing practical help.
