Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on "Major Terms of the Act on the Promotion of Mutually Beneficial Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises and Understanding the Supply Payment Link System" on November 2, 2023 at the auditorium of Kolmar Korea’s R&D Complex, located at 61, Heonneung-ro 8-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

In the lecture, Attorney Baek introduced the major terms of the Mutually Beneficial Cooperation Act and the details, issues and example cases concerning the contract conclusion stage, contract execution stage, payment stage and closing stage, as well as the contents and practice of the supply unit price link system, which was implemented on October 4, 2023, by comparing with the Subcontracting Law.
