Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture titled “Key Terms of the Subcontracting Act and the Understanding Thereof” at the “2023 Face-to-Face Education and Training in the Area of Antitrust and Competition of Gyeonggi-do 2023” held at the KBIZ New Building located in Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on November 22 and November 24.

 

In the lecture, Attorney Baek explained of the basic understanding of the Subcontracting Act, and the main issues concerning the contract signing stage, the contract execution stage, the payment stage, and the transaction closing stage, as well as the key terms of the Subcontracting Act, including the dealing with violations of the Subcontracting Act, in a simple and interesting way by providing various examples. In particular, the recently implemented supply price linkage system was explained in detail based on practical issues.
