Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on November 1 and November 8, 2023 concerning "Major Terms of and Understanding the Subcontracting Act" to judges as a part of the First Competency Building Program for Specialty Judges hosted by Daegu District Court.

 

In the lecture, Attorney Baek talked about the details and issues to be considered at the contract execution stage, contract performance stage, payment stage, and transaction completion stage, as well as the details and issues concerning the Subcontracting Act and the procedures for handling cases of violation of the Subcontracting Act.
