Attorney Chung Yang-Hun gave a lecture on the protection of trade secrets, including technical materials to the vendor companies of Samsung C&T on October 16, 2023 at the Protection and Trade Secrets and Technical Materials of Mid- to Small-Sized Enterprises, hosted by the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency.

The lecture consisted of explanations on 1) the structure of the provisions concerning technical materials under the Subcontract Act, 2) prohibited acts of technical materials infringement, 3) matters to be considered at each stage for the proper management of technical materials, 4) checklist for the management of technical materials, and 5) remedies provided in case of technical materials infringement
