Barun Law’s Corporate Crisis Response and Restructuring Team held a webinar on "Dramatic Increase of Insolvency Cases, Its Diagnosis and Solution" on November 8, 2023.

The webinar was attended by employees of various companies and the overall insolvency procedure was analyzed, including the conditions and effects of corporate rehabilitation and bankruptcy, and the guarantee of creditors' rights, etc. The webinar consisted of four sessions in which Barun Law attorneys Park Je-Hyeoung (rehabilitation and M&A of rehabilitation companies), Yi Eung-Kyo (corporate bankruptcy issues), Jo Dong-Hyun (status of creditors in an insolvency proceeding), and Kim Kyung-Soo (rehabilitation and insolvency of the representative director liable for guaranteed obligations) presented their respective topics. The webinar provided an opportunity for Barun Law to share its response measures with companies at a time when the number of insolvency cases is rising sharply.
