ㅇ Attorneys Baek Gwang-Hyun and Shin Dong-Min and Foreign Attorney Lee Si-Yoon published an article they prepared on The Global Legal Insights Cartels, 2023, 11th Edition, issued by the Global Legal Group.

ㅇ In the article, the three attorneys explained of Korea’s administrative and criminal measures against Korean cartels, investigation procedures of the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and guarantee of procedural rights for businesses, scale of cartel-related cases in Korea, major terms of the Free Trade Act of Korea and scope of work of the KFTC, voluntary disclosure system for cartels, appeals process against the decision made by the KFTC, response to international cartel cases through international cooperation, and expected changes to the KFTC
