ㅇ Attorney Baek Gwang-Hyun gave a lecture on the "Fair Trade Issues for Public Enterprises to Note” to the officers and employees of the Korea Intellectual Property Strategy Agency at the agency’s training center located at Daejong-ro, Jung-gu, Daejeon on December 16, 2022.


ㅇ At the lecture, Attorney Baek explained of the examples of unfair transaction conducted by public enterprises, matters to note and overall matters concerning the antitrust and competition area as well as recent fair trade trends and related matters that require attention.
