ㅇ On December 2, 2022, Attorney Baek Gwang-Hyun gave a lecture on "Major Terms and Example Cases of the Subcontracting Act and Comparison with the Mutually-Beneficial Cooperation Act" to the officers and employees of Jeju Free International City Development Center at the center’s education center located at JDC Complex, Cheomdan-ro, Jeju-si.


ㅇ At the lecture, Attorney Baek explained of the basic understanding of the Subcontracting Act and about incidents that may occur in the contract execution stage, contract fulfillment stage, payment stage and transaction conclusion stage, together with major issues to consider. He also compared the terms of the Mutually-Beneficial Cooperation Act and the Subcontracting Act to help the attendees better understand entrusted transactions.
