ㅇ Attorney Baek Gwang-Hyun gave a lecture on “Improvement of Law Awareness of Officers and Employees through Antitrust and Competition Education concerning Collusion and Information Exchange” to 200 officers and employees of Pulmuone at the company’s training center located at 280 Gwangpyeong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on November 21, 2022.


ㅇ At the lecture, Attorney Baek explained of collusion together with example cases as well as of information from acts of information exchange and basis on determining the unreasonableness of such acts, basis on which agreement to exchange information is established, specific explanation on grounds for cancellation of voluntary disclosure and duty of those who make such voluntary disclosures to cooperate faithfully, by providing various specific examples.
