Attorney Baek Gwang-hyeon gave a comprehensive lecture on the systems, laws, practical knowledge and examples concerning fair trade for employees in charge of fair trade at public enterprises and agencies, on October 26, 2021.

This education was carried out to improve the overall knowledge in fair trade and the enhance employees’ understanding of their tasks by gaining understanding of the policy trends of the Korea Fair Trade Commission.

Specifically, Attorney Baek explained of the major policy trends in fair trade in the second half of 2021, based on the Act on Contracts to which the State is a Party, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, relationship with the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act and major terms thereof, and amended matters.
