Attorney Baek Gwang-hyeon gave a lecture on practice and understanding of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act for specialist research program attendees of the “11^th Fair Trade Law Specialist Research Program” hosted by the Korea Fair Competition Federation, on October 15, 2021.

The program is held every year by the Korea Fair Competition Federation, as part of a specialist research program, seeking to enhance the capabilities of workers in the fair trade field by analyzing major issues and decisions on fair trade and by sharing expert opinion.

At the lecture, Attorney Baek spoke of i) recent trends in the subcontracting area, and (ii) major terms and examples for each level of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act.
