Attorney Baek Gwang-hyeon gave a lecture on fair trade, including stronger fair trade leadership, understanding of CP and the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (“fair trade act”) to the employees and officers of Jeju Province Development Co., on September 29-30, 2021.

The lecture was carried out online via Zoom, and the lecture on stronger fair trade leadership was given to around 50 senior level employees of the company, and the legal lecture on understanding CP and the fair trade act was given to approximately 80 employees that dealt with contracts, development and sale.

Specifically, the lecture focused on i) importance of CP, recent CP trends, measures to create CP system, and ii) major terms and examples of unfair trade practices under the fair trade act, Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Fair Agency Transactions Act, and the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising.
