ㅇ Attorney Chung Yang-hun gave a lecture on “Practicum on Restriction of Unfair Collaborative Acts” and “KFTC Case Investigation Procedures and Matters of Compliance” at the Market Economy Education Center of the Fair Competition Federation, on September 9, 2021.
ㅇ During the lecture on the Practicum on Restriction of Unfair Collaborative Acts, Attorney Chung spoke about the projected policy changes following the changes made to the KFTC organization, types of cartels and example violation cases, and response measures to KFTC investigations, and spoke about the protection system for people subject to investigation or deliberation and matter to note when responding to KFTC investigation during the lecture on KFTC Investigation Procedures and Matters of Compliance.
