Attorney Yang Hun Chung gave a lecture on "Major Terms of the Recently Amended Act on Fair Transactions in Large Retail Business and Recent Violation Cases” at the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) and explained of the theories and practical matters of the Act, ways to prevent disputes, and the need of voluntary compliance of free trade.
