protection of intellectual property rights is vital for start-up businesses,
and it is important to gain knowledge on patent applications to ways to obtain
stronger patents as well as appropriate ways to respond to any future disputes.
Attorney Oh plans to talk less of legal
theory so as to provide measures that can be readily used by those working in
the intellectual property-related fields. Therefore, the lecture will be based on
litigation cases concerning intellectual property rights, especially disputes
