Attorney Sang Hoon Kim gives special lecture on inheritance and trust at Korea University’s Advanced Management Program

Attorney Sang Hoon Kim gave a special lecture on “Inheritance and Trust CEOs Should Know” at Korea University’s Advanced Management Program on April 20.  At this lecture, Attorney Kim explained of the major issues concerning the inheritance law, including the spousal inheritance system, wills, and legal portion of inheritance, as well as gave an explanation about living trusts and methods to make use of them.
