On August 26, Foreign Attorney Hong Seung-Jin attended a meeting of KORAIL's AI and Data Management Advisory Committee held at the Seoul office of Korea Railroad Corporation. At the meeting, he reviewed the direction and implementation plans for KORAIL's four key railway AI transformation (AX) projects: (1) establishment of the AI and data platform "Rail AI Hub"; (2) advancement of the train ticket reservation and issuance system; (3) AI-based advancement of the enterprise resource management system (KOVIS); and (4) establishment of an integrated safety management platform. He also discussed solutions to related legal issues.
